Tips to Improve Mental Health and Wellness

I am going to pound on my table until you get how cool it is. Mental wellness looks to be the horde of well meaning professional types gathering on the horizon and preparing to descend on boomers to protect them from getting older. To really make you understand what it is all about, a brief story is in order.

Those who did not exercise had a significant drop in mental emotional wellness and brain function as opposed to those who maintained an active lifestyle. I may be tragically wrong about this. Many patients fear this most common form of dementia, and with good reason.

The Best Nutraceuticals for Healthy Aging

As we become more knowledgeable about the mechanisms of action of botanical substances and exploit their properties by using them in functional foods or supplements, the division between food ingredients and drugs is increasingly blurred. However, L-Arginine is not the only nutraceutical out there. Take it for what it’s worth to you. That gets my goat and this was kind of a shotgun wedding between antioxidants and vitamins. People actually turn to experts when this happens. I personally think you can have a mixture of both it and antioxidants coffee and the question is where? I really don’t know.
